Bassgators' Boxing Day Breakdown!

.
after what ended up being an epic 1 year anniversary party for the Bassgators crew, they couldn't help but come right back with another dope event!

I'm happy to announce that you can find me at Nocturne Nightclub on Sunday December 26th, in a breaks room featuring some of Toronto's best including Farbsie and the Electrician.
in the main room there is a great lineup of bass music with the likes of BC's Daega Sound System and Toronto's newly acquired glitch/bass guru, Freedom Danish.

it's going to be massive, so don't miss out!

next Saturday, a gig to remember!

I'm especially stoked for Saturday November 20th here in Toronto.
this is one of the most original events I've been a part of in some time.
it's being thrown by the Bassgators in lieu of their 1 year anniversary, and we're talking a crazy original venue, Demolition Man from the UK (you may best remember him for his ragga jungle classic "Fire"), a crazy amount of great Toronto dj's, a fire show, dancing gypsies, body painting, and much more.

this event looks to be crazy fun and memorable night, and I hope all you blog visitors consider coming out to be a part of it.

dropping beats with Myagi this weekend!

.
this Saturday marks my return to the Attic in Stratford!

last time the place was going off to the big room electro breaks sounds so I'll be returning with a stack of fresh dancefloor destroyers, along with a special guest! I'm excited to play again alongside Pop and Lock Records owner, the world recognized MYAGI!

also, big up to JLR for having me out as the guest dj for his hot monthly night in Toronto's Little Italy district, Get Shaky. This is a fun night where you can find dj's dropping some drop house, electro, breaks, and other quality dance music. Check it out every 3rd Saturday of each month!

This is a throwdown! Maestro Fresh Wes in Stratford say what?!

Damn I need to remember to update this thing more often.

You faithful readers probably missed me last Wednesday as I threw down in Toronto's sweet Andy Poolhall. It was dope, and I suspect I will be back in the coming months so stay tuned.

Tonight (Friday April 30th) however, is an opportunity to flex my musical versatility while never compromising my integrity of only playing good music. I'm opening for Maestro Fresh Wes, who you may best remember for his classic anthems "Let Your Backbone Slide" and "Drop the Needle".
The jam is taking place in Stratford Ontario at Othello's, check here for the details!

last thing to mention, is that I'll be releasing the second half of my new promo cd that I've been giving out, which is 33 minutes of peak hour electro breaks! expect that live within the next week, I've just been holding off releasing it as I've been playing mostly funk based events.
